I am unable to login to my account, when I try to reset my password I don't receive an email to update my password. Please help?

Have you registered recently or is this a new issue? You probably have some issue beyond your control so I'd send a private messgae to Koodo's Facebook page or DM via Twitter to get your account looked at and reset to get you going again.
