Unable to log into self serve

Koodo e-mailed me saying I have two accounts linked to one e-mail address

"We’ve noticed that when you activated your Koodo phone, you provided the same email address that you use to access another account. Did you know you can link both accounts to the same email address?"

However I am unable to log into self serve because: 

"Looks like this account has already been linked to another email address. You're still waiting for permission from the owner of that email address. We'll email you once you're approved."

As far as I know I've only signed up for one account and only used one e-mail address. I am totally confused as to what is going on and would appreciate some assistance.

You'll need to contact Koodo directly by sending them a Private message to their FB page account where they can verify your account and further assist you on this matter.

Have heard of people waiting for days to get a response from facebook or twitter. Sometimes calling them doesnt take that much time on hold.
