unable to log in to prepaid

i need help i have been contacted a week ago with this problem its still not working -i gave the person my new email she said she updated it then she gave me a temp password i still cannot after numerous tries get logged in to my account

Call 611 to have this looked at, stay on the phone with them to make sure you're able to log on after they send you a temp password
