Unable to get proper Talk Usage summary

I am wondering if anyone else has this problem and if Koodo has a solution.
I have 200min talk (and text) plan. Ever since I have added the unlimited talk add-on, I can not see my talk usage. This is very frustrating as I would like to monitor my talk usage trend to help me decide if I still need to pay $20/month for the unlimited talk add-on.

So if you login to self serve and click usage and then Airtime Minute Usage, you're not seeing your use? Because I am.

On another note, did you know instead of taking the add on, you could just take the 50$ plan which includes unlimited Airtime and 750 MB of data for 5$ less than you're paying now?

Very frustrating.
I am paying $29 plus $20 for the unlimited package. The idea here was to monitor the usage so I could determine if I still need the add-on

Oh I see. Well then your only option is to keep track using your device or wait for your bill to come out. What device are you using?

I am using Samsung Galaxy S3. What is even more frustrating (and very lazy from Koodo) is that even though my bill conveniently summarizes all my calls with their every possible detail; when you scroll to the bottom of the list there is NO TOTAL for call duration. Just a blank....as if it was that hard to provide the total. How do I tell Koodo that this would be a nice thing to see?

, I just looked at my bill and don't see a summary either.

You can make another post and share it as an idea, koodo does listen to these posts and sometimes they change things for the better.

As far as you finding out your use.

There are apps available that can time your phone use and keep logs for you.

3G watchdog might do that and it's free.

Edit 3G watchdog is just data. But there are other apps that do the timers.

Edit: I took another look. Check out page 4 of your bill last month. The summary is there.
