Unable to connect to self serve.

Hi there I've been having a problem to access my self service account, I am getting this message: You're still waiting to be approved. Can someone please at least try to help me out? I've been trying to contact koodo with no success for days now...

You should have received an email from Koodo with a link to create / validate your account. If you have created an account independent of that email, there will be two instances of the account which clash. You will need to contact Koodo to get it fixed. Easiest way is likely by sending a Private Message to their Facebook page, or a DM to their Twitter account. Calling information is in the 'Contact Us' section at the page bottom. You may also call *611 from your phone, but wait times can be lengthy.
