Unable to change my current plan to the promotional plan...

When I log in to self serve and check out the No Tab plans, there is a promotional plan showing for $48 I get 5GB data , unlimited calls/messages and the like. My current plan is $30 for 100MB and while I used to only really on WiFi and use my data as backup, I find I've been using way more data this year.

When I click add to cart, it gives me the options to either change my plan or add a line. Once I click change my plan, it takes me to my current plan details, where I have to click change my plan again, but once I do, the promotional offer isn't shown. Do I have to call to do this? I'd rather save $30 and not go in store to do this lol. And yes, I am in Manitoba where the promotion is offered. And my tab is already paid off.

If it isn't shown, and you have the province selected to Manitoba, then yes you'll have to call in to get it changed manually since you cannot do it yourself.

This is the special Manitoba plan. To get it, it would be easiest to go in store. Otherwise you need to contact koodo and provide proof of residency
