Unable to add data booster for prepaid account

I've added $30 credit to my account.

And I can't add the 1 GB booster.

The error I'm getting is "ValidateAndUpdateOptions/Balance_-1ValidateAndUpdateOptions/Provisioning_-1"

Note: I have recently changed my phone number and the old phone number is still showing when I log into my account.

Hey Victor, sounds odd! How long ago have you changed your phone number? Did you already purchase a 1GB booster on your account? Keep us posted!

I changed my number about 3 weeks ago.  I had previously purchased with no issues.

I just tried again and it's the same provisioning error.

I'm assuming you are trying to buy it in self serve.
Have you tried calling into *611 and buying it through that system?
I believe it's "1" for english and then "2" for buying boosters.
