That shouldn't be why. Try clearing your browser cache. If that doesn't work try using incognito of private tab. If that doesn't work try another device. After that send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter to have it sorted out and explain that you tried but it just wouldn't work so you don't get charged for it.
Hmmmm....we no longer offer that add-on Mary, as some of our lower priced plans now also include unlimited minutes. I can't even see it available logging into my self serve account. Could you pls share a screenshot of what you see as we might have to fix that. Thanks!
