Unable to add a new line and a new phone to an existing account.

When I try to complete the transaction in self serve it says "Whoops something went wrong please try again".  Is the website having issues or is it something else?

As you can guess, it's a busy weekend, and Koodo had to make some changes to their website to add the additional items. If you can't complete your purchase by the end of today, send a PM via their Facebook page, and they should be able to move the process along for you.

Thanks I just spoke with them and they believe its a webstore issue.  The webstore support isn't available till Tuesday.  I try the facebook page later today.
