Unable to access Koodo Self Service

I was able to access self service just a week ago. I need to print my view for expense report for roaming charges. I texted "ROAM" to 7626 in the US to enable data, and the website is having technical problems as I try to view my usage/bill as of now.
I also tried using the browser on my phone and it didn't work either.

Clear the cache of your browser or try to use a different browser. Or the site just might have had issues so just try again.

@Eunchul: You could also try the incognito mode. I saw you were from BC. I can access my account as of now so it wasn't a server problem. If you still can not access your account after all that, you might have to contact Koodo directly. I would suggest you try facebook/twitter (link is at the bottom of this page) to avoid the wait on phone.

The server must have been down. It works now like a magic. I thought there was a bug with my account or something else going on because I already had tried on my phone as mentioned.
