i want it in my name my ex cut my service i need help plzzzzzzzz my cell keeps saying client care how can i find it

however if the account is in your Ex's name, then the account belongs to him and there is not much you can do about it

Nobody is answering in your Koodo hotline since Christmas. I've been calling them EVERY SINGLE DAY!

You may have to open an account for yourself if the account was in his name. Customer care will do nothing for you if its not in your name. You may be better off getting your own account so this doesnt happen in the future. I understand not everyone can get post paid, but pre paid is just as good and builds trust with Koodo.

It's not "may need to open an account for yourself", but rather will need. As you said yourself, customer care can't do anything if she's not the account holder. If this is the case, I really wouldn't bother contacting customer care as it will just be a waste of time.

If your ex is the account holder, then you will need him to do a transfer of ownership of the line to you. You would need to pass a credit check for this. Then, your number, your plan, and any balance owing on the account will become your responsibility.

If he's cancelled your line, your number is gone and you'll need to get a new one.

Do you have a question Daryl? You might be able to get an answer here. If it's re cancelling your account, like you posted on another thread, unfortunately that can only be done via the phone. Wait time indeed is longer :-( due to the super promos we had during the Christmas period.

You will need to call koodo or you can send them a private message on facebook or twitter.  Expect to wait for a reply regardless of the option you choose
