Typo when trying to set up account

I made a typo when I tried to set up my account now I can't access self serve. I tried contacting Koodo via telephone but waited over two hours (no exaggeration) and still no one answered my call. How do I reset everything? I will need to pay my bill and don't know how now.

If you have Facebook, try sending them a private message. They might not respond immediately, but at least you won't have to wait on the phone...
