thanks so much to tyler who had the patience for a customer new to android phones. he also answered all my questions about online account and general ones about the progression of my account from spending cap to good enough standing to add another phone if I desired.

We all have our "off" days too.
Not fueling my own ego here, but I do my best to make sure that every customer has a pleasant experience when calling, even if I cannot help.
Comments like this make me very proud to know I'm doing my job in keeping positive customer service with Koodo at the high level it is today. Koodo and customer service go together like peanut butter and jam, bacon and eggs (mmmmm bacon), Jack and Sally...
