Two phone dilemma

I have a problem with koodo . Bought a new phone and wanted to put a contract with koodo on it , when I put my first phone on contract with koodo it was not explained that I could not put a second phone on for 9 months .Travelled 3 hours by car to hook up the new phone to find out I would have to wait one more month . Not happy with this kind of service !

I see what the issue is. It's a matter of understanding.

You're on the Spending Cap Program. Based on your credit history, you were put onto the SCP, which restricts you to 1 active line. As long as your bills are paid on time and in full for 9 months, you will be removed from that program and will be allowed to have up to 5 active lines.

The sales rep should have been explained to you during the activation but obviously didn't. It even comes up in easy-to-see pink letters, once when selecting the Tab option, and again when picking the rate plan.

You can see if you're still on spending cap by logging into Self Serve and if you wanted to know more info, I think there's a link there that explains it. You could have also called Koodo to find out what it means. This would have saved you a lengthy and expensive car ride. It looks like you're almost there!
