In Feb 2017 Public Mobile referred me to a Koodo kiosk at Bridlewood mall, Scarborough to switch over my account and purchase a new Motorola phone, which I did. The guy at the kiosk told me that they are offering two months credit for the switch over. And I remember this was mentioned to other PM customers who were there for the switch. So far only one credit has been applied. Last week I went back to the kiosk to check with them and the same guy told me to contact Koodo for the second credit. Can I have a feedback on this please? Thanks.

Hi Devi, I'm not sure if there is an offer for 2 months free as I received the offer and it was 1 month free. I'll ask for you and get back to you though but as far as I know it's just 1 month.

Hi again Devi, did you have money still left on your public mobile account when you made the switch to Koodo?

Hi Paul,  thanks so much for your response.  Yes, some money was still left on my PM account, a little less than 1/2 month.  The sales associate at the Koodo kiosk told me that PM would credit the left over to my new account.  So far it has not been done.

Ok Devi it would be a free month + whatever was on your public mobile account so the half month. Send Koodo a private message to their FB page or Twitter account where they can verify your account & identity. Just explain the situation and that you were directed to them from here and they should be able to further assist you for that extra credit for the half month you had when you made the switch.

Also not a problem it's what we're here for so if you have any new issues arise come back and we will try our best to help you or lead you in the direction you need to go. Have a great one
