In Feb 2017 Public Mobile referred me to a Koodo kiosk at Bridlewood mall, Scarborough to switch over my account and purchase a new Motorola phone, which I did. The guy at the kiosk told me that they are offering two months credit for the switch over. And I remember this was mentioned to other PM customers who were there for the switch. So far only one credit has been applied. Last week I went back to the kiosk to check with them and the same guy told me to contact Koodo for the second credit. Can I have a feedback on this please? Thanks.
