Two Koodo accounts under the same Self Serve Account

I have two Koodo accounts and I want to manage them with a single Self Serve account. When I tried to create the Self Serve account for the second number (or Koodo account) I was prompted that the email address is already in use as it is. How to get the second Koodo account  under the same self serve I am using for the first one?

It's a bit tricky to do this right now since the website is still in transition.
Go to
Sign into self serve.
Click the change phone link at the bottom of the page.
Click the my profile tab.
Click link accounts.
Follow the directions.
That should work to link two accounts to one self serve login. I've never tried it myself though, so I can't presumably verify that it works right.

Do you know how to do this with the new site? I am not seeing any of these options.

Has anyone gotten this to work?   I signed up with the same email address, but when I log in self serve, it show the old cancelled account.  Other options only show the green bar.

This thread is a year old, Jimmy. I suggest you start a new thread, show us some screenshots what exactly you see :)

You are going to have to call Koodo to fix it so that you see new account instead of old one.
