I had two kodoo phones one prepaid the other billed monthly.I lost the prepaid obe, can i add a phone to my monthly tab a get my prepaid number back

Hi Anthony, 

As long as your prepaid line is active and in service, even if you lost the phone, you can transfer your number to our monthly service, you just need to go to a store to get a SIM card and activate a second line in your account, just mention that you want to transfer a number over.

Or just buy a new prepaid SIM and activate that in self service... No need to upgrade to a plan unless you want to.

Is the prepaid account still active? When did you last use it?

Yes, but only if you start a new line...or if you want to buy a new phone on your own account, you would need to pay off the old tab first.

As Alaa said you can start a second line on your account, buy a phone on the tab and port in the prepaid number :)
