Two hours on hold trying to get help accessing my self serve account... third day trying. Help?

I've only had my prepaid for a couple months but seem to have messed up my online account.

None of my saved passwords nor others I'd have tried work and unfortunately I think I made my security question a bit too clever and have managed to forget it.

Since Wednesday, I've been trying to get through through *611. Today I'm on the second loop of the playlist and though I do love many of the songs, I'm really just interested in getting into my online account.

Can I do this at a Koodo kiosk at the mall? If not, is there some way to get through to someone live?

You can send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter or igo to a kiosk as well I believe.

You should have still been able to port even if your baseplan has expired, as long as it is within 90 days

Dude why are you answering a bunch of questions from 2-3 days ago that have been answered and or dead for days? No wonder you are always in the top 5 man how are ppl supposed to compete with you if you do that?

Im going through my back log of emails and if I see some thing to add, then I will.  If I see something that deserves a like, then I do that too.  I dont see you complaining when I give an old reply of yours a like? 
What I answered here is relevant and not repeating anything that anyone has said from my scanning of the post.  What is the issue?  It has been made clear that most visitors to the community find their answers without posting anything.  

It's not like I post of every single one.  Just the ones that can use some additional relevant info.  Most I dont add anything since they are well answered.

I thought you said you retired anyways?

Don't get mad at me because I keep calling you out on doing shady shit FFS.... You keep doing it nothing was needed here and there was other posts where it was even more not needed just putting did you get this cleared up, well they haven't posted anything further in 4 days so obviously it's been answered as it was a time sensitive question.
Who cares if I said I retired I addressed that and you made fun of me for it multiple times. I'll just keep pointing it out every time you do it and keep drawing attention to it.
I don't care about me I can keep up no problem just answering questions that need answering questions if I don't take a month or two break it's not fair to the other ppl and if Koodo's not going to say anything then I will. I know others notice it but they're too nice and dossile to say anything so like I do with koodo I'll stand up when I think mobile masters are doing anything wrong as well to make it a level plying field for everyone.

I have never put anything even remotely close to "did you get this cleared up".

If you saw that, then it wasnt me.

PS. I was like 6th or 7th the previous 2 periods.  And if you want to look, I didnt post anything in the final 2+ weeks in December either so I wasnt trying to game points

Keep in mind that some ppl put their prepaid accounts in names that are not their real name, you will need ID with the same name as the account to gain access there.

Sure, I've got that and all the receipts from the original purchase, the emails, etc. It's really just an issue of getting a hold of someone.
