If you wish to use a Telus cell phone with Koodo you simply have to put a Koodo sim card into the phone. Nothing special!

All you need to do is remove the SIM card from the phone and put a Koodo SIM card in. Then go to the koodo selfserve and activate the SIM card. There is no unlocking of the phone any of that because koodo and telus phones are locked to the same carrier

The question has most likely been answered.

In case it hasn't, say you're asking "why does my phone show Télus logo when I boot it up, but I already put my Koodo sim card in it?" If that's the case, doesn't matter. No need to change the boot screen.

If you're asking "where is Koodo self-serve app?" You can download it from app store or play store.

I believe the Koodo app has been taken down from the App store.

Rick you are correct. It is also shutting down June 30th.
