Trying to make new account and it keeps locking it for security reasons after trying to log in ONCE. Help?

I tried making a self-serve account and was sent a validation email. I go to log in but it says my username/password is wrong. I try it once more, it tells me I've tried logging in 5 times and they locked it for security reasons. I try once every so often and it says the same thing every time. I just got my new Koodo phone and I need to make this account so...what am I doing wrong?

Hmm. It could just be a glitch. I would call customer service to have them reset/fix it for you. Either *611 from your Koodo phone or 1-866-995-6636 from any other phone.
