Trying to upgrade Phone Online

Been trying to upgrade online for two days.  Enter all the info credit card accepted.  Says it is accepted but then final screen I get an error message.  Suggests I go to Koodo store.  I went to the store and they won't honour the online credits (waiving activation fee and $75 bill credit)  So how to I buy a new phone???

Have you tried clearing browser cache and doing it again? Use another browser? Another device / computer?

Yes cleared cache and used both Chrome and MS Edge.  Message I get is:

I would suggest you send a message to Koodo Facebook to ask them to check on your account. It might well be an issue with Koodo checkout system.
