trying to setup an account and it tells me its already linked. tried logging in and it tells me I need to confirm my email address. That was already done, since the link in the email tells me so..

Was the email used previously for another account? What happens if you use the confirmation link again?

Not with koodo but with another provider. The thing is I got my first bill already and would like to be able to have look at the details.
