Trying to process a return at the webstore HFO19451306

Hi, I've been trying to set up a return for my phone since March 9, 2018. I've emailed and left messages with the webstore multiple times but still haven't heard back. It's been 7 days since I've placed my order and I don't want the 15day return policy to end before they ever get back to me for the return label. Would someone from Koodo be able to process my return as I don't know what I can do anymore.

Since you contacted them before the 15 day period, go on and enjoy your phone after the 15 day period. It's not your fault that they didn't answer before.
