Trying to port a number from Rogers. Kooodo is asking for my Rogers PIN but I don't have one. What next?

You will need to speak with the account holder then to put in the pin for you to do the pin. The account most certainly does have a pin for security purposes.

Be sure to do the refer a friend as well so you and someone else can get credit for joining Koodo.

Are you entering the IMEI number or serial number? I know it asks for serial number but it actually wants your IMEI number.

Goran, Rogers doesnt require pins on their accounts. You can set one up if you want to but its not required.

Don't think you need a phone's IMEI in order to port.

Where it says serial number is where you enter IMEI number.
Here is how to solve any porting error on Self Serve: ONLY enter the account number and other REQUIRED fields. PIN and "Serial Number" are not required.
