Trying to get a hold of a representative

I am trying to recify an error on my plan change.   I can't seem to find where to do online so I called the 611 number for Koodo.   They said it will cost me $10 to speak with a service representative.   Really!!!   Is there any way anyone knows about that I can speak with a live person about my problem without a charge?

I was changing my plan to the $40.  500mb + 500 mb extra data and got an email that it was changed to just the $40.00 500 mb plan (no extra data).

No that is my husbands line....mine ends with 35

Ok. Should be done. You may have gotten a couple of emails. Ignore the first one if it says change takes effect next month. You should see it online that you have the plan with 1gb.  Also, your next bill may look a little funky because of the proration due to plan changes. But all is accurate.
