Trying to create a postpaid account.

I currently have a prepaid account but I'm trying to create a postpaid account since I'm switching. When I try to login to my pospaid account this message pops up:
''You're still waiting to be approved
Looks like this account has already been linked to another email address. You're still waiting for permission from the owner of that email address. We'll email you once you're approved.'' 

I have no idea what its talking about

You will need to contact koodo. Send them a private message via Facebook or Twitter

Have you already signed up for a postpaid plan? If you have, you needed to sign up for a self serve account through the email that Koodo sent you or you will encounter the error you have. You have to contact Koodo to fix. Call them or use the facebook/twitter links to contact.

I contacted the main Koodo Facebook page. Hopefully they'll reply soon

Did you receive the offer from prepaid to postpaid?

If you haven't put an order into Koodo system, you could use another email and order an postpaid account with Koodo. Creating of a postpaid account doesn't mean your prepaid plan would automatically switch to postpaid.

You can use the same email address that was used for prepaid when signing up for a postpaid account.

Or trying to switch to postpaid?
