Trying to add someone's name to my account so they are authorized to make modifications. Anyone know how.

Trying to add someone's name to my account so they are authorized to make modifications. Have trying all week to phone in, went to Koodo desk and no luck so far.

If you haven't been able to get through, even by calling right at 9am, trying sending Koodo a private message via Facebook a go to see if they can do it.

Hey Emily! Just to let you know, you can give anyone access to your account by giving them your PIN number.  The person will be able to make any change except activate/cancel a line or transfer the line to someone else.  The only reason why we would need someones name is if you want that person to go in store to upgrade a line on an existing account.  Hope this clarifies things! -
