Trying to activate phone

Any idea why koodoo cannot process activation on my credit card. Confirmed funds available but error given when activation is attempted.

Have you made sure not to confuse things such as O and 0 for example? Try using a different browser too and see if that works. If the activation still won't work, give koodo a call and have them activate it for you. :)

No. its a mastercard. I tried from a different browser and still got same error message. Was going to call Koodoo to activate but informed there's a $15 fee so I will just go buy a voucher later instead of trying to activate with CC.

Your credit card may need to be registered by Koodo first as their system thinks it's an international credit card. Happened to my MBNA credit card.

There is no fee to call Koodo. They only charge you when you get them to do thing you could have done on your own on self serve.

Clearly you have tried to do this on self serve and it did not work

i am having this same issue. I am using this credit card for my daughter's phone and my wife's phone for auto top up. So why can'y I use it now for my own phone?

Hmm... Give Koodo a call again. It's been over 2 hours. It could be an issue with their system since you are the third person to have issues with this, this weekend
