Troubles with online purchase (BYOD, SIM card purchase online)

My confirmation number is HFO21041362

I purchased a SIM for BYOD, purchased a price plan, my credit check was approved online and I received a confirmation.

However, my credit card did not get charged and I DID NOT receive an email confirmation about the purchase. Wanted to know if my order has actually gone through.

Were you not emailed the confirmation number?

A sim without a tab purchase doesn't cost anything, which would explain no charges to your card
