Troubles upgrading to a new phone, $0 on tab.

I currently have a Nokia 610 and am looking to upgrade to the Nokia 635. I have $0 on my tab.

I've added the new phone to cart, picked a plan and tried checking out. Since I am an existing customer I have clicked on "Existing Customer". However, on the next page it asks me do I want a new number or if I want to transfer. Being the only 2 choices I clicked transfer and entered my current cell phone number. It then gives me an error that it cannot be canceled. Any suggestions?
