troubles updating billing address

I've recently moved and have tried updating my billing address yet when I submit all of my information via self serve, the final result omits both my suite number and region of the city.

If you are having trouble doing this in self serve give koodo a call, explain to them your situation and they should be able to confirm for you or make the necessary modifications at no charge.
