More information please. Are you trying to access the Koodo app?Or the self serve online?You mention cannot connect to network have you tried pulling out the battery and sim card?airplane mode in settings?By turning it on and off

So texts, calls, and internet all dont work?

Did you make sure your have 3G/4G/LTE on?

Are you on prepaid or a monthly plan?

yup i use another sim card its ok but my koodo card doesnt work

Did you recently activate?

It could be an issue with the card or something happened during the activation

yup i download one app and the card is dead

Go to Koodo and see if a new card fixes the issue
