Error message, "Account cannot be found"

I have been attempting to register my new cell phone for days and it gives me a message that "account cannot be found". What do I do?

Are you trying to setup pre or post paid. Last I heard post paid activations were down online and you need to call into Koodo or visit a shop. Let us know which one so we can try to assist better :).

Hi there Joan... If you are trying to register on your Self Service account, you should follow the instructions on an e-mail that Koodo should have sent you at the moment of the activation, if you don't have this e-mail, then call Customer Service and they will be able to re-send you this e-mail so you can set it up easily...
