Trouble with prepaid

I bought a $50 prepaid voucher and I went to change my $35 plan to a $50 plan, but when I topped up, it stayed with the $35, and when I went to try to change it to the $50, my account got suspended, even though I JUST added money to my account, and had $20 left. How do I fix the problem so I am unsuspended and have a different plan?

Aye, sounds like something went wrong with your top-up and/or plan change :( Can you still dial *611? If, not, call Koodo from another phone and they'll be able to sort you very easily :)

I'm sure if you call Customer Service they will fix the problem asap for you. Sounds like there was an error while topping up in my opinion.
