Trouble with plan upgrade

I recently upgraded my plan to include data. But it doesn't seem to be working. I still don't receive picture texts and can't access the internet or any other app requiring internet. I'm not sure who to contact. Thanks!

Toggle airplane mode, Restart your phone, pull out your Sim card for a minute. If none of those work, double check you don't have data block and as Sophia said your APN settings. If after all of that and it's still not working, it could be that there's a data block on Koodo's end. I'd say call but the wait times are atrocious right now and an email about it might be better.

Thank you both. If I did have a data block (I think I do), do you know how I would go about changing that? I'm pretty sure when I first start my plan with Koodo quite a few years ago I got data blocked. 
I tried to check the APN settings, and everything seems to be correct. (I'm really not a tech whiz)

You can send a private message to Koodo on their Facebook or Twitter pages. They can confirm/remove the data block. Or you can call 611 if you have the time.
