Trouble setting up self serve

I am trying to set up my self serve for the first time. When I try to register using the email I am sent I get the message "No account is linked to this profile.". How do I fix this?

Make sure you are in the right self serve.
If you are a monthly customer, you will have to use the monthly customer self serve.
prepaid customers have a seperate self serve. Prepaid customers self serve accounts are created when the line is connected.

If you are monthly and on the right self serve, make sure you are registering and not trying to sign in.
there should be a link right in your welcome email with instructions.
