I was advised by customer service to contact the webstore to return the phone I just bought through Koodo online. I have left 2 voicemails and sent two emails but no response. I phone between the hours of 9 am-7 pm Tues-Friday, and I am directed to voicemail. Any advice on what I should do?
Their hours are from 3-9. They are notoriously bad about replying.
The process does require sending an email to email@example.com for phones purchased online. As long as you sent the email within the 15 day window it'll be honoured once they get to your email. You can try contacting a rep again in a couple days if you still hear nothing back from the webstore. Be sure to check your junk folder as well just in case.
