Trouble paying bill on koodo mobile website

After logging into the koodo mobile website via a text message link, i try to pay my bill with my credit card (after double checking that my information is 100% correct) but after entering all of my information i click "pay bill" option and the page completely reloads and asks for my information again. I've tried at least 5 times now and I'm caught in an infinite loop and no error codes pop up saying that anything is wrong or incorrect. Now i can't seem to pay my bill at all. My credit card is in good standing and I've paid my koodo bill through the mobile website before with no hassle.

So what the hell am i supposed to do?

That appears to be an issue atm being worked on. There is no known timeline yet of when it will be fixed. In the meanwhile, you can pay with your credit card via 611 automated prompt. Customer service agents cannot process the payment for you anymore. Or you could use online banking by adding Koodo as a payee.

Curtis, pls try our IVR (the automated phone system) to make a payment. We are working on figuring out what gremlins got into the system for some customers who get this infinite loop thingy.
