Trouble creating a self-serve account

I am new to Koodo and just received my phone on a postpaid account. I am trying to create my self-serve account but it is asking for my koodo phone number, which I never received. I am also trying to port my number from my old carrier but the brochure that came with the phone says I can only do this after creating my self-serve account first. What do I do?

Hey John! Can you take a look at your emails on the day that you ordered your phone and see if there was a link sent to you regarding self-serve? If so, please click on the link to continue your account creation.  Keep us posted!

I am having exactly the same problem.  I checked my emails and there are no links in there to set up my account.  Please help!
