Tried to add Easy Roam on self serve and this message came up "Your plan is not eligible to be changed at this time" what do I do now?

Huh. Interesting. Easy Roam doesn't require you have a specific plan. You can send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter and it can be looked into

Did you try texting ROAM to 7626?
I texted ROAM to the number specified and got a message back that it was added. But still not showing anywhere on my account
