Tried registering for an account online (and then tried again... then again) - Registration Error with Activation Link

I've been trying to create my online account for weeks now, and I keep getting an registration error with the activation link. 

I have messaged Koodo but I still have not received a reply...

I can receive all the emails but the link is broken. Also, I have already received my bill but because my account won't activate properly, I cannot view it.

The original activation link may now be expired. If you tried when it was fresh, and it did not work, you could try pasting it in another browser, or, you’ll need to contact Koodo directly. I suggest a Private Message to their Facebook page, or a DM to their Twitter account rather than waiting on one at *611.

I sent them a message through Facebook around Christmas time. I still haven't received a reply and followed up with it last night.
I tried more than one device when I first received the activation link aka on my desktop and my phone. Both of them led me to the same error page.

They’re still backed up from the pre-Christmas sales, and unlock requests, so patience is probably the best answer. Sending further messages only clogs the system.

Hopefully before my bill is due... 
It's a new plan so I want to check to see if everything is right before the payment goes through...

I see. You ported out, which automatically deactivates the account and have the last bill (outstanding TAb etc. to pay). You may still be able to register online as long as you have your account number. Once that's done you will have limited functionality but could see your last bill. Can you pls see if you can register?

Actually I registered before porting but I had the same result. Regardless of porting or not, I was never allowed to activate my account.

Yeah. I'll check if I can reregister. I still have my account number.
