I am travelling to Ireland for a week in September and I am wondering if there is a package I can add on to my current package for Europe for texting/calling/internet.  What is my best option.

The only option for all 3 is the 40 dollar add-on for 50 minutes 50sms 59MB if data. You would need to add international pay-per-use long distance, international voice and data roaming in self-serve add-oms to enable roaming. If you need more than this, you're better off getting a local prepaid sim.

You can se that the rates are much better. If you need to make calls to / from Canadian ones, you can use a VoIP service such as Fongo that gives you a Canadian number and you can call to/ from for free using data, either cellular or data.
