I have the 10ALL plan while traveling but the data feature isn't working. Is there a setting I need to enable or disable on my Samsung neo?

Check your preferences to see if Mobile Data and Data Roaming are enabled.

Check with www.willmyphonework.net to see if your model of phone is compatible with your temporary local carrier.

If there's a data block on your account, you will need to contact Koodo. Send them a private message on Facebook or Twitter. Those reps have access to your account details that we lack here.

Dianne, there is no data block on your account and the US add-on seems to be in order. If you can text and call it makes me think that your phone settings need to be adjusted. Data roaming is turned on right?
