Transferring my number from another network .....

I activated a new Koodo account approx. 7 hours ago and transferred my existing mobile number. My understanding is that the transfer should only take a few hours but Incoming calls are still going to my old mobile phone - does this mean that something has gone wrong ? Who should I contact if this is not resolved tomorrow ?

Hi there Louise... Usually the port request goes through within a couple of hours and up to 3 hours more or less, depending of the provider... When the port is completed you should receive a TEXT message saying that it was completed and welcome to Koodo...

If there is a problem with the PORT, Koodo will send you a text at the same time advising you to call to provide the right info from the previous provider...

If you haven't received any of those text messages, I will recommend you to get in contact with Customer Service and you will be able to find out what the problem is...
