Transferring a Tab

If I currently have a tab but want to add another tab for my son, can I then transfer only 'that' tab to him and if so, what is the time frame?

Tabs are non transferable
That's not how the info reads on the website.

After further reading on the Koodo website, it states that accounts can be transferred after 3 months. I already have an account (a tab), but want to a new account (tab) for my son, but want to transfer it to him after the 3 months.

Am I reading the info incorrectly?

Sorry I thought you just want to transfer the tab not the line.
Ok so you can add a line for your son under your account and then transfer it to him on his own account after some time yes, there is however a $25 transfer of ownership charge to transfer the line to his own account.
Keep in mind that While both lines are under the same account you will get free calling between those two lines, once the line is transferred to his own account then you would lose that free calling between you.
