transferred my account to a new name now theres an error logging in to the shop

I called Koodo on August 2nd and transferred my account from one name to another and now when I try to login to the online shop it says there is an error logging in but when I click on the >login option it remains on the same page. Also since transferring I cannot access my profile. I tried using both a laptop and my phone to log in and the results are the same.

Hi breanna,
Did you do a ownership transfer or you changed your name on the account? Are you the owner of the account now? Have you tried to reset password?

I believe it was an ownership transfer, I should be the owner now but I can't tell as I can't view my profile. I wasn't told that i needed to but I can try that.

If you did the ownership transfer, did they change the email to access the account or the email was the same as before?

If you still cannot access the account, you need to contact Koodo again to ask them to check and confirm. I would suggest you send message to their facebook (https://www.facebook.com/Koodo) to avoid the wait on phone.

I was never asked for a new email so it should still be the same.

Did the previous owner have just this one line on the account?
You need to create a new self serve account as this is a new account for you now
