I have a Samsung Galaxy ace and a prepaid sim card with koodo. I bought a Samgung S3, but the sim card for S3 is a micro. How can I have the same number on my new cell phone?
I want to transfer the number from the old sim card to the other micro one...

You just need to buy a new micro sim ($10) and you can activate it on Self Serve to have your phone number on the new sim card

Hi Anthony,

If you have access to your self serve account you can follow the directions that Dennis provided above in order to activate your new sim card. Also this thread is over a year old, so be sure to start a new one next time if you have any questions or concerns :).

Hope that helps

Hi Anthony. You mentioned "...3 0r four munthes later it all of a suden was black listed...." If you bought it from garage sale and blacklisted, I don't think a new sim card fix your problem.
You should talk to seller if it possible,
also this is a public forum, so please do not post your personal info here.

Hi Anthony,

Mayumi is right, this is a public forum so if you're having issues accessing your self serve account you will need to contact customer service and have them help you with that as I do not have access to it, also I'm not a Koodo employee I'm a customer just like yourself.
