Transfer from Alberta to Toronto

I will be moving to Toronto from Calgary.Currently am using pospaid Service. Can I use the same service over there?

There was a lengthy discussion a few weeks ago on the French side of the forum.

If you decide to switch your number to a local Toronto one, you will be billed as if you reside in Toronto.

If you decide to maintain your current Calgary number, maybe for the convenience of family and current friends, you will continue to be billed as if you are still residing in Alberta, regardless of where you are in Canada.

So this affects the sales tax and the 911 fee if I recall. Are there other fees that are provincially dependent?
