I purchased Talk Booster on Apr 5th. Because I could not make or take calls and could not send text messages, I purchased again on Apr 7, 2018 assuming my earlier transaction did not go through. However, I see in my transaction history that both transaction went through and now I have 200 min.

I need you to reverse my transaction on Apr 7 and also ensure i am able to take and make calls.

Is your base plan active? You need this even if you have talk boosters.

You will need to call Koodo to see if they can credit you back the second booster you purchased.

If you can't send or receive texts, your baseplan has probably expired. That has to be kept active for anything to work, regardless of the booster balances.
