Totally unable to self serve

I am trying to change my plan, but when I add the new plan to the shopping cart I cannot find a confirm or purchase button. I am clearly missing something. The only thing I can do is "add phone". But I don't want to do that. How do I change my plan?

Log into your self serve before you choose your plan that you wish to change to, otherwise it thinks your a new customer and that's why it's trying to get you to add a phone.

After logging in, don't choose the Plans from the very top of the page just under the Koodo logo. Those are for everyone shopping for a new set-up and will take you thru that loop.

Instead, click on the Plans and Add-ons mid-page on the tab row that starts with "Overview".

Sorry, I can't validate this since I recently switched to pre-paid, but that is a potential solution.

Saturday Night is often when system maintenance happens. There apparently is a lot of work happening on the site with all the plan changes mid-April, but now we're 2 months into it.

If it still doesn't work for you, just try again tomorrow during the day. Otherwise, call 611, explain that the site is cranky and get them to do the change for you.
